Hey everyone, I got a pro this week and have encountered a few weird things. First up, a weird issue with HDR support. I think it’s just a bug, but I felt I should mention it. When turning HDR on, the pro is switching the audio from surround to stereo, and sometimes, adjusting the quad stereo option will turn hdr off or vice versa. I have to toggle them and hope I can get a combo where hdr is on AND I get quad stereo for those things I want quad stereo for. Has anyone else run into this? The specific scenarios happened both via scart and hdmi inputs. With scart, it was turning on hdr and quad stereo for the saturn, and for the switch, it was just toggling hdr on or off to compare. Going into the switch’s settings and testing surround would force my avr back to surround though. My avr is an Onkyo TX-NR6100 and the ossc pro is going directly into it. Is this something that can be solved with a firmware update for the pro?

There is currently some issue in the way transmitter chip updates HDMI metadata. Documentation is lacking but I’ll try to investigate the issue.

Found a solution and will include it in the next FW.

Glad to report that after 0.70, it’s indeed fixed on my end. Thank you!
