OSSC Pro: Some Requests

Hello! Just some small ideas I had regarding the Pro.

If there’s one thing I loved about the OSSC Classic that I miss in the OSSC Pro, it was the auto swapping whenever you turned on a source. Not that I don’t mind the current manual swap, the ground up remote makes it easy, but I do think it would be a nice feature for convenience sake. And a good feature rollover from the non-pro model.

As Marqs noted in my help thread, currently the OSSC Pro’s integer scaling algo is finnicky with resolution swaps. Feel free to strike this from the record if it’s already planned or not possible, but I would love to integer scale without signal drops during resolution swaps.

Not sure if this goes here or not regarding potential expansion cards for the Pro or not, but I’d love an expansion card that outputs digital audio via SPDIF/Optical. I know it can take it as an input, but I’m a bit of an audiophile and like to use external DACs in my setup. It can also be good for usage in setups that use A/V receivers as well.

Last but not least, would it be possible to add 1440p passthrough for modern consoles like the PS5 or Xbox Series consoles?

Some profiles made for the PC Engine/Turbografx 16 would also be nice.

The extra AV out card does have a SPDIF output.
