      If the sample rate is lowered putting it too close to the already defined active area, attempting to adjust position can cause the H. backporch value to go out of range and no longer be adjustable. The picture is shifted substantially. The only way to correct it is to reset the preset.

      A solution would be to scale the horizontal active area and/or backporch in the background when the sample rate is adjusted.
