I have the exact same issue with audio as Richard, just my resolution for it was changing quad stereo from ‘off’ to ‘on’ and then back to ‘off’ and I get audio again, its on firmware 0.75.

Have to do this step roughly 90% of the time when starting a gaming session.

The OSSC Pro has always been plugged into a non-Arc port on the TV side.

Its a Samsung UE58RU7100K, I did have the Pro connected to a different TV for a few months, an old LG from like 2010 for testing before I migrated everything to the Samsung TV and I never had that issue on that old LG TV, everything else has remained the same (cables, comp switch, etc) its just started occurring since moving to the Samsung TV this month.

Doesn’t bother me too much as its not annoying to fix but thought I’d throw this in here if it helps at all.

Thanks for the tip. It’ll certainly be easier than turning it on/off again!

        @marqs
: Would it be possible to add an option called “No Audio Fix” that automatically changes Quad Stereo from “off” to “on” to “off” (or vice versa if it’s set to “on”) every time the OSSC Pro is powered on and/or an input is changed? It might be a quick, clean solution.

I suppose “Full TX setup” option similar to OSSC Classic needs to be added. Unfortunately some TVs seem to require full initialization of Infoframes etc. upon a mode switch.

Thanks @marqs. Happy to test it if you have a demo version at some point.

Hi, this is my first post. I would appreciate a reply.

              • Pro Firmware Version: 0.77
              • Pro Setup: Connect an unmodified 1chip Super Famicom to AV1 using an RGB SCART cable from Retro Gaming Cables.
              • Problem Category: Auto phase
              • Problem Description: When using the SNES 256col setting, auto phase detect does not work properly.
For now, it is always set to the incorrect phase.
The same result occurs with both A-LM and Scaler.
I set it in this order:
reset profile -> select input -> (select “operating mode” ->) select “SNES 256col”
I tried changing the Video LPF and Analog sync Vth values, but there was no improvement.
My OSSC Pro unit arrived in v0.77.
This unit and cable combination works properly with RetroTINK 5X’s Auto phase.
              • Request: Any updates on the Auto phase issue?

I’m using a translator so I’m sorry if the text is strange.
