OSSC Pro: Custom optimized modes

Zacabeb.With the wide range of home computers and video game consoles out there, the predefined optimized modes in the OSSC Pro only cover the most popular systems. Being able to add custom ones so that they can be retrieved more easily would help avoid having to make separate profiles altogether for different video modes on the same system, as well as making it easier to set up multiple profiles that can inherit those optimized modes in the list.
