<p style=”text-align: left;”>Im not really even sure how to describe this but my ossc pro has been making a weird noise when the unit is in standby mode. It doesnt do it when it is powered on and after i power it off after using it a while it doesn’t make the noise but it eventually starts doing it again with enough time. So for the time being when not in use i just unplug it. To be clear the noise is coming from inside the ossc pro and not the power supply or fan or anything like that. Just not sure what else to do because its a rather annoying high pitched noise and i would want to fix it if possible.</p>

Sounds like coil whine, but the DCDC coils are integrated in respective modules on the board (U17, U26 on left and right side of FPGA). Perhaps you can try gently pushing them down with some non-conductive material to see if they are actually the noise source.
