OSSC Remote keeps losing stored keys

kruuth.I’ve got one of the L336 remotes that I thought that I programmed to work with my OSSC but it seems like it just keeps forgetting the button presses that I’ve put in. Is there any way to get all the settings back like some of those “universal” remotes where you put in a single code and it loads the whole remote? If not, is it possible that I just got a bad remote that isn’t storing the settings? It seems to work for months at a time and then just resets.
