Okay so I’ve been trying to get this working now for.more than a week. At this point I don’t know if it is my tv or the OSSC.

The OSSC is connected to a HDMI matrix switcher. Other display stay on just my tv loses signal for a second.

I have tried changing HDMI cables. I’m testing this on a PS2 (scph-50004) 480i/576i signal with RGC scart sync on luma and csync cables.

The OSSC doesn’t lose sync (no red led) other displays keep working fine.
My tv is a sony kd55xd8505.
The switcher is an ACT 7860
      Otaku scart auto switcher
Any idea if I can try something that I haven’t tried yet?

      What I’ve tried:
      Changed OSSC to DVI mode
      Different HDMI and scart cables
      Reset all settings on ossc
      Set TV to game mode
      Upsample 2x enabled and disabled
480p in sampler on DTV and VESA
Changed EDID settings in the HDMI matrix switcher

Any help or tips would be appreciated.

Would it matter if I set this to the max 349mv?

I have increased it now and will be testing for a bit to see if it drops out again.
