Not sure if this is a bug in the current firmware but sometimes when the resolution of my PS2 changes, the OSSC displays this and it doesn’t display a picture unless I change inputs and change back and such.

Is this a bug or something?

EDIT: seems like it’s only happening when I use passthrough mode. not sure why

Try disabling Sync LPF. What kind of cable are you using?

late but i was using an insurrection scart cable but it happened with my hd retrovision component cables too. looks like disabling sync lpf is fixing it so far. i’ll update if it keeps happening. thanks!

Looks like the forum migration wiped the rest of the replies. I’m still having this issue and I remember someone (either marqs or bucko) saying it was a flaw in something about the OSSC but I’m not 100% sure. It works fine in 2x/4x modes but I like to capture in 480i so it’s a bit rough for me.

This should be now fixed in v1.xx series firmware, more information on this thread.
