      Hello, I have a PAL Sega Saturn that I modded with a 50hz / 60hz switch many years ago.
      However when testing some NTSC games on it today, I noticed the refresh rate on the OSSC
      is shown as 59.30Hz, Shouldn’t it be 59.96Hz? do NTSC models of Saturn run at 59.96Hz or
      59.30Hz? If it’s an issue with PAL saturns I will but an NTSC model, but I want to make
      sure it’s a PAL issue before i buy one. Thanks in Advance

          Normal for PAL and NTSC or just PAL ?

            Normal for a PAL Saturn forced into 60hz. There’s no need to swap it unless your TV/Monitor doesn’t like the signal and exhibits stutter, torn frames or white line artefacts.
