Plugged in 9v no picture

I accidentally plugged in a 9v for a few seconds but definitely smelled some smoke. The ossc boots on and is able to use the menu fine but the hdmi is not outputting anything anymore. It also seems to be receiving input correctly thru vga from my Dreamcast. I read I could maybe be the hdmi transmitter but I’m not sure where that is and what other fuses to check if anyone had some insight.
