Ps2 and Wii interlaced video cuts out

I’m on the latest firmware. Had to do the mod to get it. I bought the OSSC in 2020. I haven’t had the chance to add custom profiles yet since doing the mod, so all the settings are basically stock

The led on the ossc blinks when it’s cutting out so I don’t think it’s my tv. (Lg C9) makes no difference if I use 2x, 4x or pass through. Don’t have the issue with 480p or 240p

What could the issue be?

 

*update- I just realized I was still on FW 1.09 🤦‍♀️. Now that I’ve actually updated to the latest FW, hopefully that is all that was need. Doh!
