      Hello. I have two PAL PS1 systems with XStation installed. After I installed them I learned that PAL systems won’t play NTSC games in color. RAMA told me I need to install a DFO on it. I see the page for Dual Frequency Oscillator in this store, but it doesn’t mention PS1 at all. Will it work? Is there a version that is set up for PS1?

        If you use RGB SCART they should play in colour, but you may still have some issues on a lot of TVs since the timing is way off.

        Micro (creator of DFO) says the 5v Megadrive one should work in the PS1, but having not tried it personally we can’t offer anything by way of support for such an installation.

          Thanks. My RetroTink doesn’t support SCART so RGB is not an option. I’ve ordered DFO from other shop. Hopefully it works.

            Component video is also unaffected by this problem.
