I recently picked up a 2x-Pro Multiformat and really like it.However, I noticed a big issue when hooking up my N64 with crushed blacks. I discovered that the 2x-Pro M is outputting RGB Full while my TV is interpreting it as RGB Limited, which is causing the issue I am seeing. I have tried getting my TV to handle RGB Full rather than RGB limited (my TV is a TCL 65R625) but I have so far been unsuccessful. I have heard that the output mode for current Retrotink firmware is RGB444 but I am wondering if there is anyway for it to be changed to YCbCr422?

you can revert back to the old firmware (version 1.1) to get 422 RGB.

444 RGB was added as a feature in a later firmware update
