RGB modded PAL n64 black screen no audio

I get the OSSC Test pattern showing up when it turns on, but when i switch the Nintendo 64 on, the screen goes black and then after a few seconds my TV says no signal. This is on A/V 1 with an RGB Scart cable from the n64 to the ossc. The LED light is Green. So far I’ve tried resetting the ossc and multiple different games. There’s also no audio coming out of my TV speakers.
With Banjo Kazooie plugged in, the OSSC reads AV1_RGBS 313p 15.62kHz 49.92Hz

What kind of RGB mod is in your N64 and what RGB cable are you using?

Console: T.W N64RGB, early version with no hotkeys

Cable: NTSC RGB Scart CSYNC wired

Got them both from oldskoolconsoles, the modder recommended that cable.
