RetroTINK5x has made a big step for reproducing scanlines :

Is it planned to have the same options with OSSC (Or OSSC PRO)

For the classic you can emulate some of those looks with the hybrid scanline options, the scanlines are about as good as it will get for the classic. On the pro, support for filters, pre and post processing effects etc will be extensive.
You can use “Custom Sl.” to implement many of those modes.
