Short between C95,C18 and C10

      I got this broken OSSC from my friend which was accidently connected to 9v sega megadrive PSU.

      Anyway I replaced D5 diode which was burned and TLV70033 [U6] in case it was broken too and removed TVP7002 chip to see if the Short between C95,C18 and C10 are gone but it is not. The short is still there.

      Any idea which component is causing this problem ?.

        The whole TLV70033 [U6] output line is shorted. I removed U3,U1 and U17 but the short is still there.

        Any ideas ?.

          U8 or U17 most likely damaged, try removing and re-check shorts.
