      Hi all,

I have a PAL SNES running through an OSSC, and thanks to the Reverse LPF, I’m pretty pleased with the results, for the most part.

However, I have noticed that in solid colours, there’s some sort of grainy interference. I’m using an original SNES power supply, and a Packapunch Csync cable.

Do you think a capacitor replacement would fix this issue?

Really hard to say, SNES consoles aren’t known for having bad capacitors. I think that’s maybe just something the multi-chips do.

Sorry to revive an old thread – I’m getting the exact same issue with my 1Chip Super Famicom through both Framemeister and OSSC.

Would there be any benefit attaching a ferrite clip on to the SCART/power cables on the SFC? Or maybe even trying a power conditioner?
