Stencil Files?

Is it possible to contact the designer of the board to get the top and bottom paste layer and the board outline layer to have a stencil made? I have a homemade solder oven that I was hoping to use to make a lot of the soldering go much easier and I’d like to have a stencil made, but besides some jpgs of the boards, there are no available files for it. Would it be possible to ask?
