TheCorfiot.I installed a TMS-RGB V2 on a SEGA SC-3000 PAL, and I thought I could remove the original RGB board. However, without the original RGB board, I get no video signal on the TMS-RGB V2. Is this normal?
Very likely normal.
The TMS video out signals rely on external pullups, 270R if memory serves, but pls check the schematics.
The original board probably had the required pull up resistors on it.
