Hi, I wondered if anyone can assist me please, I am trying to convert VGA signal (source s3trio vga) and outputting to LG 34um95-p

The process partially works; The conversions seems ok in windows 95 (theres a bit of interference/ noise) however in dos & bios the screen is really glitchy..

(Attached picture)

I wondered if anyone can assist me getting it a lot more usable.

I have also tested with spare hdmi and vga cables
