Weird audio issue

Chris.Hi. My SNES when set to linemulti modes 3,4 or 5 has garbled audio.
Does anyone know the cause of this?
Its is a NTSC-J mini SNES.
Picture looks great… If a little on the dull side. SCART capacitors?
