YPbPr to AV transcoder – any recommendations?

Jarrah White.My CRT does not have component inputs, only composite inputs. For anything using RGB SCART, I use a SCART splitter to send RGB to my scalers and to a Keene SCART to AV transcoder which then outputs to my CRT. I’m looking for something similar for YPbPr. I’ve seen a few YPbPr to S-video/AV devices on ebay and other places, but the instructions don’t say anything about accepting 240p or 288p over component. In fact, although they accept 480i and 576i, they are generally marketed as HD to SD converters. Can anybody recommend such a device that accepts 240p and 288p over component and converts it to composite?
