Gonna post this at the top too but I figured out what was wrong. For some asinine reason the 1 chip snes and my ossc has issue with 5x mode in that specific spot on kirby super star. In every other line x mode it’s fine. So i just made 2 profiles. 1 for 4x mode and 2 for 5x mode for literally everything else.
My analog sync lpf is on 2.5 and I tried every setting under analog Sync vth and nothing fixed it. No idea what’s going on. Kirby only does it in that one section and it’s not really game breaking right now. Just odd really.
Oh my god changing it to DVI mode did the trick! I suppose the wonkey refresh rate of the SNES was making the audio cut out thus making the tv lose sync. Good thing I have a scart audio breakout adapter. I use a sound bar with my tv which features both line in 3.5mm audio optical audio bluetooth and rca input. Thanks so much Paul!
yes im sure i didnt change the H-PLL pre and post settings. I double checked to make sure they were on the default.
Ok so just to report I flashed 0.76-aud and the snes keeps sync and works great how ever I seem to have lost sound. I am using an RGB scart cable with HDMI out on the OSSC 1.6
ah ok thank you
