That’s brilliant now I understand exactly what I need to do, thanks. Now i’ve just got to find a remote that works!
Yeah the remote seems fine and all the other buttons i’ve been able to copy over work fine, I just wish I knew these clones existed before I obtained this new remote.
Can I ask how exactly I can use an old remote to find a working menu button command for the new L336? If I find an old remote that’s OSSC compatible will it just work or do I need to do something with codes before it’ll make the green led flash? Because that’s the part I dont understand what to do with.
Yeah i’ve just checked and the new remote doesn’t have Chunghop on it so I guess it’s a clone! I have managed to copy over the working buttons to the new remote, I guess I just need to find an old remote to use for the menu button. I also discovered that the up arrow on my old remote isnt working either so that’ll need copying over too!
EDIT: How exactly do you perform the 1 key learning? Because my remote did come with instructions which say it supports the feature.
I have the L336 that came with my OSSC, how do I go about using it to reprogram the new remote? The instructions that came with the remote say I should press TV & CH- at the same time on the new remote and TV & CH+ on the old one, but this doesn’t work for me, I’m not even sure if i’m pressing the right button for CH to be honest as there is no +/- next to CH on either remote.
