Should be in the new 1.11 version:
I understand, thanks.
Why not keep all the options available? Not to know better than you, because I know nothing about this, but these options might help other people in the future. All the new settings worked great with my tv, where the normal fw was completely unusable for me. Maybe a new settings group for last resort settings which might help when your tv is strange.
I have used T2 for a couple of days not and it seems to be working fine. I will use T1 for a couple of days now and report back.
T2 also seems to work. I played for about 45 mins without black screens. It does seem to fade to black more often/longer when scenes change (movie to gameplay), but I could be wrong and it does not hurt the experience.
T1 with both settings seems to run great. No black screens after 1 hour of play time. I will report back dor t2 asap.
I will test them ASAP and report back!

That sounds great, hopefully this will fix the problem in the 1.xx fw. As soon as it is released I will test it.
With fw 0.90 and TVP HPLL2x, turned off, the black screens return. After about 20 mins the screen went black for about 2 seconds.
I played atleast 4 hours on 0.90 and haven’t gotten a single black screen with stock settings.
I took a photo of the info screen to make sure:
When I change FPGA PLL BW I indeed get a short black screen every time.
I flashed the board back to 0.90 and disabled TVP HPLL2x, this did not have an effect in the 5 minutes or so that I tested. I don’t have more time right now, but I will try this again for a longer period of time today and report back.
I tried the low settings for both, and it gave a blank screen after about 10 minutes. ADC BW high gives a blank screen almost right away. One thing i noticed between 0.90 and this version is that the output is 49.99hz where on the 0.90 it is 50.00hz. I dont know if this has anything to do with it.
Thanks, I will try it as soon as possible. I am running with 480i/576i output in Line2x, just the default. I also went back again to 0.90 and the system seems to work perfectly, no black screens as of yet.
The test firmware still has the black screen problem. The image was perfect for around 20 minutes and then it gave a 2 second black screen.
I tried the test firmware. With ADC PLL BW on high i get black screens every 2 seconds. When i set it to low the black screens stop and it seems to work. I only tried it for a few minutes, because right now i don’t have more time, but i wanted to share the initial findings. I will report back again after a longer gaming session, but the setting does influence the black screens right away. I also turned it back to high and the black screens would return after a few seconds.
Thank you very much. When the firmware is done, i can test it. I don’t think the board is faulty because the 0.90 firmware seems to work great. I know you said it shouldn’t be used, but it wasn’t working anyway so i thought i could not make it worse. Maybe this is another clue as to what might be different/wrong in the newer firmware versions. I also tested every 1.0x version and 1.01, 1.02 and 1.03 did not work at all, the system would not sync with the PS2.
