When it’s coming from a 60hz modded PAL machine! Here’s a quick video that attempts to illustrate the differences between 60hz on a Japanese Megadrive and 60hz on a PAL machine. Hiding in a Sega Genesis case, the PAL machine in the video can’t hide from my Extron RGB interface. Watch out if you plan to have your PAL consoles 60hz modded especially if you are intending to use them in any way with a HDTV or flat screen monitor.
