SteoTry powering on the SNES and unplug the HDMI cable from the OSSC. If the light doesn’t turn green then it’s nothing to do with the TV.
Cheap RGB cables are hit and miss. I had to buy them from retrogamingcables because mine were of poor quality and kept dropping sync also. The SNES is very fussy too and the SNES at 50Hz doesn’t even work on my TV at all iirc.
