As cited in the previous post you made, and this other one with the exact same issue ( https://videogameperfection.com/forums/topic/ossc-1-6-no-longer-outputs-sound/ ), you have flashed with the incorrect firmware.
You need to:
1. Go here: https://www.niksula.hut.fi/~mhiienka/ossc/fw/
2. Find the ossc_0.83-aud.bin
3. Flash that
