    Since you’re not having any issues with the SNES, I think we can eliminate the OSSC from being at fault, and I think it’s entirely possible that both SCART cables or both PS2s are borked.

    If you have handy a PS2 composite or component cable, you can test your PS2s’ audio independently of the SCART cables and AV1 on the OSSC by connecting the audio directly to your AVR/TV (Or, with a female RCA to male 3.5mm TRS adapter, AV3 on the OSSC). If you get stereo from that cable, then it’s your SCART cables at fault; otherwise, I’d be suspicious of the consoles.
