    It’s only happen with Sonic, pal our ntsc. Sonic 2 & Sonic & knuckles works fine.

    I have street fighter 2′, i need to switch but it works. Not sonic at all. It’s not a big problem because I’ll have an everdrive soon but i like to underdand 😊

    I don’t know why it works with standard cable but not with ossc.

    I’ll try your settings with panasonic hack and pre/post coast.
