    Are you in the USA?  I think S-video was a mostly USA thing.  I bought this cable from vendor in USA:

    Commodore 64/128/16/+4 8-Pin DIN S-Video & RCA AV Cable

    A lot of people add a 300 Ω resistor to some pin on the s-video cable to somehow improve video quality on LCDs.  I don’t know the details.  I don’t know if this is beneficial for the Koryuu or not.  The cable I purchased from 8-bit classics has the resistor.

    The eBay listing above also mentions adding this resistor – if you scroll down and read the details its on the image showing purpose of each connector.
