So tested the saturn ntsc j with X2 same problem over av3 rgbhv or rgbs (via sync strike) black screen with 480i contents
The sync strike via av1 works perfectly well
Tested my MVS slot MV1C works like a charm, even more beautiful than the neogeo :p (directly hooked to OSSC in av1)
After more test over av1 it seems that every pal signals I’ve got works fine in X3 with my HC Onkyo TX NR 808
