      I have a 240p signal. I am using the Line4x option to bring it to 960p. However, my HDMI capture card does not support this format. I notice I can change Line5x format to 1080p, but if I use Line5x, the image is cropped. Is there a way to send a 1080p signal with a black border around Line4x from the OSSC?

        No that’s not possible on the OSSC hardware.
