my RGB-modded Mega Drive 2 and my Neo Geo both have exact the same issue, mostly with the color blue as you can see in the video.
The video is from the Neo Geo hardware test, the 240p test suite on the Mega Drive shows the same behavoir.
Both consoles are plugged in via Scart.
It worked fine a few days ago. Can anyone help?

Absolutely disgusting.
This is exactly the reason why you should buy only from official sources like VGP.
I don’t think VGP will provide support for these terrible clones.
That looks like liquid damage, judging from the blurry picture.
Could very well be one of the filters going bust through corrosion.
That’s a bad no-clean flux with super hot wave soldering machine,, resulting in micro solder splater all over the boards, melted plastic, and flux residue.
