Compatibility question

Opaque79.I had to replace my Hisense 4k TV recently. The new LG 4k TV is a 43UQ81006LB model.
Some OSSC modes give me sound but not video. Other TVs would give neither on incompatible modes. Normal on non-compatible modes?
Would the RetroTink 5x (whenever it’s restocked) solve this incompatibility problem?
