Hi, just wanted to ask why you can’t properly mix horizontal with vertical scanlines in the custom option. Here is the problem:
– I enter to the custom scanline option
– I set the horizontal scanline to 93%, 37%, 0% 37%, 93% (this works nice with hybrid at 50%)
– I then go to the vertical scanline settings and enter any value, but this setting ONLY works on the one horizontal scanlines with 0% value, it does nothing on the other 4 lines, making a weird “chess board” effect.
So what’s happening here?? In the option “horizontal+vertical” I can see a combination similar to what I want, but in “custom” doesn’t work like that. Am I missing something??
Yes that is exactly how it’s described to work on the wiki:
Enables separate setting of each overlay line and column (line strength takes priority on pixels where it is >0%).
So it seems they cannot be combined the way you want.
