Digital TTL input

Could a future version of the OSSC support digital TTL signals (CGA/EGA) through a DE-9 port? This would be for pre-VGA IBM clones, Commodore 128, Apple IIc, and so on. Ideally it should support EGA’s 64-color palette and 640×350 resolution.

It’s simple enough to build a CGA to VGA (digital to analog) converter and plug it into the OSSC’s VGA or SCART port, but it seems a shame to convert to analog only to convert it back to digital again. Low priority but I had to ask. 🙂

This feature would interest me as well. I have an EGA card, but no matching screen. The OSSC would be ideal, if it could accept EGA as input via the RGB input.
