Double Dragon Arcade PCB and OSSC

I have recently received the OSSC and loving it so far.
I’m having an issue with my Double Dragon arcade pcb. It’s connected to a supergun with an 8pin Mini DIN to EuroSCART PACKAPUNCH cable. The OSSC is connected to an Elgato HD 60 S+. It doesn’t seem to be outputting the video in the correct position and aspect ratio. Please see the example: https://postimg.cc/jCnmzFgH
