    I’ve tried at least three different iterations of GBI in the form of the pre-made .gci files in the “MCBACKUP” folder in the “main package” download for GBI, and they all have this issue where L and R act as Select and Start while X and Y act as L and R, which makes some games very difficult to control. Does anyone know how to generate an iteration of GBI in .gci format that does not have this issue?

    Edit: I actually figured out how to fix it after a bit more tinkering and googling. Which is good, since I’m not confident I explained the situation super well. Still not sure why the controls were messed up, but everything’s working how I want it to now.
