      Hello everyone,

      It seems like my OSSC has a problem when using the AV2 inputs.
      I’ve built my OSSC a couple of years ago now, when the v1.6 kit was released. I normally use the SCART or VGA inputs so I didn’t notice this before.

      When reading the wiki it says that using the YPbPr input with a Wii or a PS2 should work out of the box, however on my OSSC the image is too bright when using those inputs.
      Using the SCART AV1 input with the appropriate cables in RGB with the same Wii and PS2 works, the problem is not present.
      Using directly the YPbPr component input on those TV that have it (so without the OSSC) works properly.
      I tested this setup with multiple displays and the problem is always present.
      I’m not excluding that while soldering all the components I could have made a mistake.
      I’m running the latest firmware (0.88a).
      If someone could help me that would be great.
      Thanks.

        Here are some pictures I took with my camera.

        * AV2 – Wii – YPbPr component

        * AV2 – PS2 – YPbPr component

        * AV1 – same PS2 – RGB SCART

          After some troubleshooting I’ve managed to find the source of the problem.
          The R9 resistor was badly soldered, the missing connection was on the ground side this is why I still had a visible image.
