Hello my friends,
i have a little problem with my CRT signal chain… I convert my signal from mini PC (480p) to a CRT via OSSC Pro with RGB…
It’s not a problem of OSSC Pro, it’s a problem of color space, so my idea…
I try some color spaces in windows 11 pro, but I have a jailbar on the right side of the CRT (little bright area) in the emulator Retro Arch or in the SNES game…
When I get rid off the jailbar in SNES game, in Retro Arch on the gray area the jailbar is to see… and otherwise…
I try to chance the color space from default sRGB to the old SMPTE-C, but the problem is even there yet…
Maybe one idea is to change the color space to EBU/PAL RGB because the CRT TV is a european model with SCART adapter…
I want to talk no more nonsens words:
What is the perfect color space for european CRT TV with shadow mask (panasonic quintrix)?
I limited the color space via OSSC Pro with the switch “HDMI Limited”… so there’re two szenarios:
1. I use a huge RGB color space (e.g. Pro Photo RGB / Adobe Wide Gamut) and limited by OSSC Pro to the TV standard,
2. I use a very little RGB color space (e.g. SMPTE-C / Apple RGB) and limited also by OSSC PRO to the TV standard…
Thank You!
