Mega Drive 2: Flickering on parts of the screen

Hi,
first: I love the OSSC! But I have some problems with the picture on my Mega Drive 2 (PAL).
I tried different RGB cables and I’m running in the same problem with any of these cables.
The picture is very sharp and clear through the OSSC, however, there is flickering from the bottom to the middle of the picture, but only on a small area on the screen. You can see a mockup screenshot below.
When I change the Sync options, LPF or else, I only shift this area from left to right, but I can never completely get rid of it.
Has anyone of you guys noticed something like this?Every help is appreciated!
