I’m assuming this is an install issue on the NES end but it’s super weird and I’m on my second PPUDigitizer with identical results.
Every other frame the OSSC is outputting looks great. The others have garbage on sprites and seemingly no background tiles.
In the video in the below Google Photos album you can see me fiddling with the v-active and getting the picture to “lock in” for a second (think it’s really just freezing on “good” frames). Once I got home I noticed my phone camera would slowly phase between capturing good and bad frames (60.1Hz getting out of sync with the 60Hz camera shutter?).

EDIT: Another issue I’ve sorted out, and unrelated to the OSSC in this case. If anyone finds this in the future via Google, if you have a 4.0+ NESRGB board ensure that jumper J10 is OPEN to DISABLE the de-jitter correction, or it will mess up the timing for the PPUDigitizer.
