Hi,
I have bought an OSSC 1.6 from videogameperfection.com in May. I’m having some issues as it starts losing sync after about 10 minutes of being on.
OSSC is running firmware 1.09a, connected to a Gigabyte G27q monitor (1440p). On the OSSC SCART input I have an Amiga 1200.
After having been on for about 10-15 minutes the OSSC will start going in to a loop of unsyncing/syncing and the output won’t be stable for more than 2-3 seconds when it syncs. I have tried adjusting the options in the sync menu, but haven’t succeeded in stabilizing the OSSC.
Here’s a short video showing the issue: https://imgur.com/a/SCudXi7
Is this something that can be solved by adjusting options or might it be a hardware issue?
Thanks in advance! 🙂
Replying to myself… 🙂
I found out how to stabilize the sync coming from the Amiga: Increasing “Analogue sync Vth” to 153 did the trick. Stable after that.
