Hi there,
for the last couple of days I was desperately trying to go from my 1.12a firmware (the one it came with) to the 1.2 version. Tried multiple pcs, memory cards of different brands and sizes, usb adapters, but besides getting “invalid image” and “no card detected” messages I was basically going nowhere fast. Decided to take it one step further, bought the USB waveblaster from amazon, istalled the necessary tools and successfully updated to the 1.2 beta fw. Everything works just fine and I’m loving the new masks. So since 1.2 was supposedly less fussy about memory cards I wanted to go to 1.21 from there. Once again got the same error codes. As I’m about 60 bucks deep into buying sd cards, adapters, plus the costs of the usb blaster, I decided to give up on the micro sd card journey.
Question: Is there a *.jic firmware for the 1.21 release?
Maybe I’ll solder a new card reader into the thing at some point, but I’m actually pretty damn happy with what’s there.
