OSSC not respoding to Menu On/Off button

      When I press the “Menu On/Off” button on the remote, nothing happens. I notice when I press most other buttons on the remote, a light blinks on the OSSC. This does not happen when I press the “Menu On/Off” button.

      Is the remote broken? Is there any other way I can get to the menu?

        Well, something must be wrong with the remote. I have a Logitech Harmony, and I held Button1 while powering on the OSSC to get it to accept a button on there for Menu. However, it doesn’t remember, so I have to do this every single time I need to go into the menu. Is there a way to get the config to stick?

          you need to go to save settings and save for it to remember the remote reconfiguration.

          You can also try reprogramming the remote from your Harmony since it is a learning remote.
