Does the OSSC Pro have the capability of upscaling 480i footage to 1080p, like the RetroTINK 5x?

Could it also use the HDMI port to upscale 720p footage from the PS3 and VitaTV to 1080p? (Not 1440p)

Yes OSSC pro can deinterlace 480i to 1080p with motion adaptive deinterlacing.

Yes you can upscale PS Vta TV and PS3 if you have a HDCP stripper.
