SerialDreams.First time user here. Ordered my OSSC and plugged it in. The LCD screen is blank, holding BTN1 while powering on does nothing, the device doesn’t respond at all to the remote. I am sure I am missing something, but I do not know what that is.
If the LCD is blank and its not responding to the the remote it must be faulty unfortunately.
Thank you for your reply! I’ve since returned the faulty unit to Amazon and bought one straight from here.
