Ossc v1.6 lg qned tv Sega saturn noise

hello, i have Sega saturn connected to ossc v 1.6 with scart cable and ossc connected to lg tv 65qned80t. When i set tv in game optimizer picture mode i get something like noise violet lines. When tv is standart or any picture mode there is no noise but input lag is high. Tried connecting Sega saturn to samsung tv directly with scart cable and throug ossc with hdmi cable and get no noise. Maybe there is some setting in ossc to change to remove the noise. Tried in passthrough mode and got the noise in top of the picture.

Try a different line multiplication mode, some may be more compatible than others with your specific TV.
